Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made from a website operated by FIETZ GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17473646, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Fietz Group LTD, and "you" means the person making the purchase.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products that we produce ourselves: recipe collections, activity collections, guides and study material. They are delivered as files or as access to a web page. Nothing is shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you pay once for the product described on the page where you buy it.

2. Price and payment

The price shown on the product page, in the currency shown, is the full price. Payment is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. The charge on your statement will show the name of the brand you bought from, together with our company name.

3. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after the payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive it within one hour, write to support@fietzgroup.com and we will deliver it manually.

4. Right to cancel and refunds

You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, without giving a reason, as described in our Refund Policy. Where a brand states a longer period on its own page, the longer period applies.

5. Use of the material

What you buy is for your own personal use. You may read it, print it and keep it. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it, in whole or in part. Copyright in all of our material remains with Fietz Group LTD.

6. What our material is not

Our products are informational. They are not medical, nutritional, veterinary, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Recipes, activities and guides should be adapted to your own circumstances and to the safety of the people involved.

7. Availability

We work to keep our websites available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If access to a product you have paid for is interrupted, we will restore it or refund you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes the consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
