FIETZ GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 17473646, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy covers this website and the websites of the brands we operate.

1. What we collect

When you buy from us: your name, your email address, the country and currency of the purchase, and the record of what you bought. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers, not by us: we receive only the result of the transaction and the last four digits of the card.

When you visit: the pages you open, the approximate region derived from your IP address, the device and browser, and how you arrived at the site.

When you write to us: the content of your message and the address you wrote from.

2. Why we use it

To deliver what you bought and to give you access to it, which is the performance of our contract with you. To answer support requests and handle refunds. To meet our legal obligations, including accounting and tax records. To measure and improve our advertising and our pages, on the basis of our legitimate interest or your consent where consent is required.

3. Who we share it with

Payment providers, to take payment and process refunds. Email providers, to send you your purchase and answer your messages. Hosting providers, to run our websites. Advertising platforms, where you have consented to measurement cookies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else to market to you.

4. Cookies and measurement

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work, and, where you consent, measurement cookies that tell us which advertisements led to a purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time in your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law, which is currently six years. Support messages are kept for two years. Measurement data is kept for up to twenty six months.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to transfer it. Write to privacy@fietzgroup.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the United Kingdom you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; if you are in the European Union, to your national data protection authority.

7. Transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
